Calling all bun lovers! My name is Corinne, my friends call me Rin for short, and I’d warmly like to welcome you to my blog, All Natural Noms for the Healthy Bun. As this is my first post, I thought I’d share a little bit about myself, and then why I chose to begin my blog. To start off, I am a student attending a university in Florida (think black and gold!). When I am not inundated with readings for classes, I love to shop (who doesn’t?), hang with my 2 sisters, look for shark teeth, paint pottery, go jet skiing, fishing, and even snorkel the Great Barrier Reef! But more importantly, I love to spend my time spoiling my bunny named Bauer (this I’m sure we all have in common)! I may even spend more time on my fluffer, Bauer, (after, yes, Jack Bauer… you know, the guy from 24!), than school (still on Deans List, don’t worry!). And because nothings sweeter than having someone share in your love, I figured why not share my passion of bunnies with all the other bunny lovers out there! My blog actually developed into idea after months of failed attempts at finding the ‘perfect treat’. In looking to spoil my bunny I have tried- and paid handsome amounts for (they get so costly!)- nearly every single store bought treat available on the market. (I even tried guinea pig treats too!). However to me and my other bun moms disbelief, our buns will take the treats, maybe take one bite, but never actually eat them…. So, I searched further to see if I could find some homemade treats online to purchase and try. Yet again, I have not found those either! Therefore, in order to give an answer to our treat deprived bunnies, I decided to give this a shot: I will experiment once a week with all natural and safe ingredients that our bunnies can eat, in order to make my own homemade bunny treats that I will share with you all- through pictures, reviews of the process and outcome (according to Bauer and his bunny friends taste tests!). So, why not stop spending countless dollars on store bought, stale, and unhealthy treats that our buns do not truly care for, and instead tune in weekly to my blog and learn with me how best to spoil our bunnies. Help me change the bunny market forever with my new, tasty, and more affordable, All Natural Noms for the Healthy Bun! Next week will be my first review; you don’t want to miss it! Please feel free to comment and post stories you’d like to share or recipes you’d like me to try! I’m thinking first 5 people to message me will receive a batch of my treats of the week to try for free (only you pay shipping)! All others $4.99 plus shipping for a bag of treats!
